Devotion
Devotion is a funny word. To many people its old skool. It’s not necessarily a word we use in our daily vocabulary. To some its an event, or a practice.. “Im going to do my devotions.” To others is a statement of commitment to another, “I am devoted to....” In the Bible, the word means to continue to do something with intense effort. So when you read about the first Christians, and the early church, and you read about their devotion to each other, to the teaching, to fellowship, to breaking bread and to prayer, it begs the question what does it mean to do those things with “intense effort”? I mean isn't that that supposed to just be happening naturally? ….On Sundays we are studying the book of Acts and seeking to answer those questions.

We are a group of Christ followers who are trying to obey all that Jesus taught.  Even though sometimes we mess up, we are trying to serve others like Jesus did (minus the toga).  We'd love to get to know you.  Please feel free make yourself at home and poke around the website, and consider yourself invited to give us a call or send us an email.
